How to sign up and what to do next?

Welcome to PropertyList. This guide walks you through everything you need to do in your first session - from setting your password to getting your listings live and earning credits.

1. Set your password

After signing up, check your email for a welcome message from PropertyList. Click the link in that email to set your password. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact support.

2. Log in

Go to agents.propertylist.es and log in with your email and new password. You will land on your MLS dashboard.

3. Send your XML feed

If you did not add your XML feed link during sign-up, send it to [email protected] and we will import your listings for you. Include your agency name in the email so we can match it to your account. Most imports complete within 24 hours.

4. Add your staff

Give your team access so they can manage listings, contacts, and appointments.

Go to Settings > Staff
Click "Add Staff Member"
Enter their name, email, phone, and preferred language
They will receive an email to set their own password

Each staff member gets their own login. You can assign different permission levels - admin or staff. See Setting up company & staff accounts for the full walkthrough.

Refer another agency to PropertyList and when they activate their account, you both get €20 in credits. Use the referral link in your dashboard under Settings > Referrals. Learn more in How referrals work.

6. Use your credits

Credits can be spent on:

Featured listings - push your properties to the top of MLS search results for 3, 7 or 15 days. More visibility means more views from other agents and their clients.
Property-specific market reports - generate a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for any property. These reports pull live MLS data to show comparable sales, asking prices, and market trends in the area.

To use credits, go to the property you want to feature or analyse, and click the "Feature" or "Market Report" button. See Using & earning credits and Generating property reports.
