If you have been scammed, have spotted a fraudulent listing, or have a serious problem with an agent or service, tell us here. Reports go straight to our trust team and are handled confidentially.

How this works

Confidential and internal. Your report is reviewed privately by our team. We do not publish accusations, keep a public "blacklist", or name individuals publicly.
Fair, and evidence-led. To be fair to everyone, we do not act on a single unverified report in isolation. We look for corroborating evidence and a pattern across reports, we investigate, and any reported party is given the chance to respond before we act.
Action under our Terms. Where we find sufficient credible evidence of fraud or serious misconduct, we may suspend or remove the member from PropertyList under our Terms of Service.
Crime is for the authorities. This form does not report a crime. If you are a victim, contact the Policia Nacional (091) or Guardia Civil (062); call 112 in an emergency. We cooperate with any lawful request or court order.
Truthful, please. Keep your report factual and made in good faith. Knowingly false accusations can carry legal consequences for the person who makes them.
